no judgement but please have his doctor look at his feet. it looks like he has a fungal infection which can be dangerous especially to a diabetic.

They use these in hospitals but be careful using these can be dangerous. They can release blood clots u didn’t know u had. Ask doctor first!

Idk know about this particular product but the 1st warning on most foot/leg massagers and baths etc is to not use if you're diabetic/have neuropathy.
