Exchange money at authorized money changers or to be safe, banks. 2. 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐊.𝐋: This is one of my biggest mistakes in traveling to Malaysia, most of the beauty from this country is outside the city itself such as Penang, Melaka, Johor Bahru and so much more wherein you get to see more of the rural beauty side of Malaysia. 3. 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: One of the things I love is food but then due to the short amount of time staying in Malaysia, I seldom had the chance to explore the food culture of Malaysia such as Nasi Lemak, Nasi Goreng, Laksa, Roti Canai and so much more to eat out! 4. 𝐔𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: As a traveler, the use of public transportation in Malaysia is a must, their MRTs are very convenient I only rode once going to Merdeka Square, and the rest of the days I only used Grab, which expensed me alot. KTM, Buses, MRTs, and LRTs are some of the most convenient public transportation. 5. 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 Usually, in night markets, bargaining is an important skill you have to acquire to get affordable deals. When you go to night markets, always remember to have that skill and bring confidence. 6. 𝐆𝐚𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐈𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫:  This is one of the regrets that I wish I have done back then when I visited Malaysia, their Smartphones and other laptop are so cheap with around 15-30% price comparison cheaper compare to other countries.
