I have the inspire 2 and somewhere in the settings on the app there's a way to turn off the auto detection for swimming. happened to me a lot haha

It’s the accelerometer I bet. When you bend down and then back up, it registers that as exercise 😆 the Apple Watch does the same thing sometimes.
