@maraika.rose: Caramelised onions, balsamic glaze & feta focaccia // oregano, olives & feta focaccia 😮💨 Such a wet dough but turned out sooooo soft and delicious 🤤 420mls water 7g yeast 1 tsp honey 2 tsp salt 3 heaped cups of self raising flour (bread flour is better but i didnt have any) Extra Virgin Olive Oil (measure with your heart) Mix together, cover & rest for 15 minutes Stretch & pull, cover & rest for another 15 minutes Stretch & pull, cover & rest for an hour & 30 minutes Line baking tray, drizzle oil Put dough into tray, fold dough into itself so its like a burrito Flip the dough over so the folds are on the bottom, cover & rest for an hour and half Put on toppings of your choice Bake on 220 fan bake for 17 minutes P.s. make two sets of doughs. Its worth it.
