tbh I lost 12 kilos in 3 months 6 kg first month 4 on 2nd and 2 kg in 3rd by eating 1400 calories 2 liters water and 40 minutes walk 6 days a week

I would worry that without behaviour changes the weight would go straight back on. If you eat less than you burn you lose weight. Why do we need this?

Lol I paid 5.5k for the 360 orbra lost 2 and half stone then it was all back on 😂 I had stomach cramps non stop and it caused other health issues
