My teeth are so close together that I can’t get the floss between each tooth. Instead I use a floss pick between each by the gumline

I stopped using fluoride because I bought into the scare and had a tooth break after a few years. Started brushing with it again and no probs for a decade. And My pineal gland feels pretty good.

will try this. went to the dentist told me I had a cavity. I was there 6 months ago, had said everythings fine. decided to get a second opinion & they didn't find anything. saved myself $300 🙃

How do you know if the cavity is big or small? The x-ray didn’t tell me very much. The dentist wants to drill to find out. I’m not too keen.
