My mom lost her hearing when she was little and has a cochlear implant. It’s not perfect sound and lots of noise but I’m just happy she gets to hear the world again

Aw my dad has it too! He’s lost 60% hearing. The worst part for him is the vertigo and tinnitus!

I was diagnosed with menieres when I was 16…. Doctors couldn’t figure out what I had for a long time since it’s not common in children…. I have lost most of my hearing on my left side.
