Mears Connect is a budget friendly shuttle service that can get you to and from your Walt Disney World Resort hotel from MCO and is available 24/7. I flew in on Southwest in Terminal A, so I went down to get my bags. Mears Connect is housed in Terminal B, but after hearing some stories, I wanted to show you where there could be confusion. There are in fact Mears Shuttle signs in terminal A, but if you are on Mears Connect and go to the lower level in Terminal A you will be greeted by this lovely sign. So back into the main terminal area, and over to Terminal B we go, following the signs to Level 1.Here you will follow the signs to Mears Connect. It was super easy to find, and once you get over there you can scan your boarding pass with self check in or there are employees there that can scan you in. My boarding pass came to me via email 24 hours in advance. I went with the standard service option, as that is the one that my clients lean towards most, and is the most cost effective! This is the shared service option so it may not be the best option if you are in a time crunch. I boarded at 6:54, and was one of the last ones on board, we left MCO at 7:07. I was the 4th stop in my group, we stopped at Animal Kingdom Lodge, Art of Animation, All Star Movies, and then my final stop All Star Sports at 8 PM. Returning was a breeze as well, I will say the pick up time they gave me was really early so I did call and adjust it, but that was at my own risk. The vehicle I was picked up in was different than the one I was dropped off in it was a smaller vehicle, but the text messages I got informed me of this. We did have 3 other pick ups after me, and we hit really bad traffic, so like I said, I took a risk of my own adjusting my time.
