Located in northern Hyogo prefecture by the sea, Kinosaki is a small hot spring town where you can do 外湯めぐり “soto-yu meguri”, a pilgrimage around the town’s 7 onsen. You can purchase a day pass for ¥1,500 that grants you access to all the onsen.
