i read in multiple places, that the cry it out method = baby blacks out from stress & that’s why they eventually stop crying. I’ve never done this.

Once they hit 4 months old they do start the fake crying and whining BUT by then you can tell the difference between a fake cry and baby actually crying! My daughter sucks her binky and falls right

Basically they don’t have the ability to self soothe when they are that little so they are left traumatized when left to cry it out at a young age

I hated cosleeping and unfortunately a lot of people don’t actually safely cosleep. You can sleep train with little to no crying. I did it with my second and it was amazing. Do what’s best for you🩵
