I just got my baby. She’s a year old. She was rescued from the streets. We’re bout 3 days in and she’s still very shy. But these same steps are making progress. Trust the process guys. It’s worth it ☺️

I had a cat with PTSD and this absolutely worked for her! I'd just sit/lie on the floor & read, let her approach in her own time then give her treats
