make sure you don't have a mthfr mutation when taking regular b12...you will need it pre methylated b12 if you do

I’m 22 and I have the memory lossand balance problems. It’s so bad to the point where I will be on the phone with my boss, he’ll tell me 2 or 3 things, I’ll hang up, then immediately forget it if I don’t write it down after I hang up. I’ve been taking b12 for a couple weeks now and I’m seeing improvement in those things already.
