@imdunndrawing: This was one of my favorite drawings from last year. For a number of reasons. One, when she came up to me she wanted me to do something super funny. She told me she was a fan of my funny/exaggerated stuff and wanted me to go crazy. Instantly making my day. Two, they were insanely chill people 😂. The whole time I were drawing them it felt like a hangout. The theme: while we were waiting for the guy in the drawing to come to the booth, she told me he’d been in an accident. A car hit him while he was on his motorcycle. Amazingly he’s almost fully recovered. But at the time he was REALLY messed up. Once he’s joined the conversation we talked a little more about it and moved on to nerd stuff. But the seed was planted lol. And seeing as they wanted me mess them up. I went for it 😅 also to be clear, she didn’t hit him in the actual story lol. Just in the drawing 🤣 They loved it! Which was a relief. It would have sucked to have drawn all that, only to have them flip out and leave 🤣. But it was a good time from beginning to end and i hope I get to draw them again!
