Tension headaches can “easily” be treated by pressing the occipital muscles near the skull. No need to stretch the levato scapular really :)

Same issues! Lump on shoulder burinig in neck,jaw,and head. With headach on one side in my eye that comes and goes. It’s been a ruff couple weeks😩

I just went and had a proper shoulder massage. A bit f-d from work. The massage hurt so bad, but was worth it. Paid for torture! 😅😭

I suffer from a knot in my right shoulder that is just not going away. I have don’t dry needling, been to the chiro but no luck. I was in a bad MVA in 2019 and most damage was on my right arm
