There’s a shortage bc bus drivers aren’t paid enough. I left my school bus driving job because the kids don’t listen, didn’t get paid enough.

Wow! I’m a bus driver and yes we are short handed but we always send a sub. Never call and say get your own kids to school! That’s crazy

My daughters bus is supposed to pick her up by 8:12 but frequently doesn’t get her until 8:20 (her school starts at 8:20 and they have 3 other houses to stop at before they go to school🤦🏼♀️)

They pay our bus drivers $13/hr. My 15 year old makes $12/hr at her fast food job. There’s a huge issue there!!!!
