Side lunge /knee raise 3 sets 12 reps on each side Isolations: 4. Inner leg raise 2 sets 15 to 20 reps on each side 5. Inner leg circles 2 sets 15 to 20 reps on each side. 👉 circle inward, then reverse. Incorporate all of these exercises into your workout routine 2 times week.
