@charliedanielsofficial: In April of 2014, Charlie and the CDB releaed “Off the Grid-Doin’ it Dylan” a tribute to #bobdylan who in 1969 helped give Charlie a major shot of confidence when Bob insisted that the frustrated session guitar player stay around to finish the entire ‘Nashville Skyline’ album rather than the solitary session he was scheduled for. Charlie would also go on to do ‘Self Portrait’ and ‘New Morning,’ as Charlie would say, “the poet of my generation liked my guitar picking.” The acoustic 2014 album was a labor of love for Charlie.
