Try these out (with the Outlaw Sweet and Tangy BBQ) and let me know what you think! Recipe: Ingredients: 8 ½ tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Sweet & Tangy BBQ, divided 2 slabs of pork ribs 3 12 oz cans of root beer Preparation Instructions: Prep the Ribs: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Use the back of a spoon to loosen the membrane, then grab it with your hand and pull it off. Cut the ribs into individual riblets. Marinate the Ribs: Add the riblets, root beer, and 6 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Sweet & Tangy BBQ to a large 2 ½-gallon zip-top bag. Double bag to prevent leaks, shake to coat, and marinate overnight. Grill the Ribs: Place the marinated riblets on the grill and sprinkle with 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Sweet & Tangy BBQ. Grill over medium-high heat for 15 minutes, then flip once they release and have grill marks. Season with 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Sweet & Tangy BBQ and grill for another 15 minutes. Finish and Rest: Once the ribs are glazed and cooked through, give them one final sprinkle of the remaining ½ tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Sweet & Tangy BBQ. Transfer to a tray, cover, and let rest for at least 30 minutes. Serve: Serve hot and enjoy that charred, sweet, tangy root beer glaze. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!
