@rayanchaouk0: Whole Baked Fish 💙 سمك مشوي بالفرن Ingredients: 2 whole barramundi (both approx 3 kilos) Salt to season For the sauce: 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup lemon juice 🍋 2 tbs pepper paste 1 tsp white pepper 1/2 tsp fish spices Stuffing: 1 lemon 🍋,thinly sliced A handful of fresh coriander,finely chopped 1 green hot chili,thinly sliced For the vegetables: 2 potatoes,peeled and sliced into rounds 4 carrots 🥕,peeled and sliced Salt to taste . -Cover tightly with foil aluminum,place in a preheated oven at 250 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.Then, remove foil aluminum bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown.
