Ingredients: 225g Anchor unsalted butter, room temperature 200g all purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 200g sugar 4 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 tablespoons plain yogurt Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) 2. Lightly grease the pan with some butter 3. Beat the butter and sugar until well combined 4. Add in one egg by one egg & beat well after each addition of egg 5. Add in the vanilla extract and mix well 6. Add in the plain yogurt and mix well 7. Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt then fold in and mix well 8. Pour the batter into the greased baking pan.
