Any company that you buy from online without seeing the item in person has to give you a full refund it’s the law. Contact trading standards they’ll help you dispute it with white fox xx

They gave me store credit but it only works on the Australian currency and won’t let me order to uk. The app doesn’t show my store credit anywhere!

I'm nearly sure you're entitled to a refund under the consumer rights act 2015. I managed to get a refund from AX paris despite their policies

Depending on when you ordered, I’d push for a refund. Under distance selling laws, you have a right to refund when purchasing online. You have a 14 day cooling off period from receiving your order :)
