Yea I didn’t listen to ANY of that with either kid. I ate what I wanted. Still ate sushi, just cooked rolls. Only thing I didn’t drink was energy drinks

The insomnia is so real. I also have tmj and it flared really bad at 6 weeks so I had to take Tylenol. But 50 mg wasn’t helpful
