I buy cheap 12 mm cutters from tool station and have it hanging out longer than it should think they £3 a lot cheaper than the long shaft bit

24mm guide brush, 20mm cutter faster take more out and its the proper radius for the round hinges

Did you buy a after market guide bush as I used the 1 that came with router and fucked the block on my hinge jig as bush wasn’t deep enough

you need to plunge it the depth of the jig 1st before setting hinge depth

There’s a centering tool used before tightening down this guide bushing otherwise it would be off, this jig is good but I don’t like the holes left
