@firstnamewild: Meal prepping can be super overwhelming & boring eating the same foods.. so try to cook more things you like and keep it simple 🥣 You guys know I love my honey garlic sauce so this week I threw it in with some thin sliced chicken, rice noodles, roasted veggies and a splash of broth. Super easy to eat and has a ton of flavor while still being really macro friendly! For the sauce I just kinda eyed it 😅 3-4 minced garlic 2-3 Tbs soy sauce 1 Tbs rice vinegar 1 Tbs chili garlic 1 Tbs honey Splash of bone broth Have a wonderful weekend everyone 💪 #mealpreps #recipes #food
