you can do this by putting the file on the microsd card. you can also FTP it over also so you don't have to remove the card. actually attaching a pen and paper is another story

other slicers can run the X1C machines. so that may give you more comfort. I'd try the startup g-code. ask GPT to explain what it does and then modif
