Doesn’t it depend on the pat history and inverted t could also mean a heart attack that is over or hypocaliamia. How do I know what is really what ?

That example you’ve shown it after a QRS which can be quite confusing for a novice because it looks like you’re referring to the T wave but saying P wave.
