1 cup of flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, whisk, 1/4 cup of water, 1/8 cup of butter, add in, gradually add 1/6 cup of water, need for 10 minutes, let rise for 10 minutes, divide dough into equal one inch

after watching your video and 10 I did add 1 tsp baking powder. turned out amazing. used a stand mixer to kneen.
