@kimdannyc: My every day morning routine☀️ First and foremost, I make my bed. This helps me to get through all of my morning routines as it’s the initial task of the day. Second, I take a quick shower. Taking cold showers 2-3 times a week brings numerous benefits such as creating more testosterone, improving circulation and immunity by increasing disease-fighting white blood cells and lowering stress levels. Third, I do my skincare. My main focus in my skincare is to moisturize my skin because it’s currently dry season. Also, I apply sunscreen at least 30 minutes prior to leaving the apartment because it needs to be absorbed into the skin to do its job correctly. Fourth, I drink around 500ml of water with 1/2 lemon and a pinch of pink salt as natural electrolytes. Electrolytes are a crucial part of performance as they help regulate fluid balance, maintain proper muscle and nerve function and support the process of hydration of the body. Lastly, I clean the living room. For me, cleaning is a great way of meditating and planning my day ahead.
