U should try putting it in the freezer for a bit for the grapes to get frozen, I tried it today and it’s literally the best grape tanghulu I’ve had

I have made this many times so here’s some advice: you can stir it but never on heat, keep it on low heat whilst dipping your fruit so it doesn’t harden in the pan
