You can reuse them as well! Gently take them off without water to save the glue and rewet and apply for a couple more uses . I get about three good uses out of one cast

I put a soft stretchy headband on my patch as it drys to make sure it stays down and has complete contact. Mine cup up on edges if I dont.🖤
