Hi B.! I strongly recommend😅 to cut everything into finer pieces, add 1 apple, 1 leek(white part). Also a big t.spoon of dijon mustard-gives it umf🥰

What about apple ,parsley root and fermented cucumber not the pickled ones ,usually it goes with green peas in it too.Most of Poles would agree:)

this is exactly how we (at least my family) make potato salad in Czechia, we just add onion, a bit of mustard and something like worcestershire sauce
