@troyjfitness: What is RPE in gym training?🔥👇 “RPE” stands for (rate of perceived exertion) which is english is basically (10) being 100% of your max👇 If you could only do 1 rep of 100kg deadlift, and you done that it would be RPE 10. So if it says RPE 5 on your program it basically means that set should only be pushed half way until failure🤝 Anymore questions? Drop them in the comments👇
