I really don’t need the underlayment unless you are installing on 2nd floor for sound proofing. It makes it also harder.Make sure your floor is level

make sure to lay down a foam first before placing the flooring. also use the hammer that is back rubber on it so the can stick together right

We've used these. took a bit to get the hang of it. we would slip it in the slot at an angle then lay it flat and then use the block to lock into the side then use the the bar tool to tap it in.

Your subfloor is probably not leveled and it makes the planks pop out.

Professional here. Your first few rows are not straight if you are having this problem. Also your floor needs to be perfectly flat aka floor patch to fill the valleys. If you don’t follow those two

You will be much happier with this. Uses peel & stick in my mom's kitchen. All the corners are popping up and are black from dirt. Won't come clean.
