How to sew: This is technically a tube top with a cut under bust. You can use your basic pattern or trace your favorite top for the pattern. Measure neckline to underbust and mark it on your front piece pattern, draw a line and cut the front pattern from that line. You should have 3 pieces, 2 front pieces and 1 back piece. 1. Gather center front of the bust piece. 2. Sew picot elastic to the bust line. 3. Sew two front pieces together (from the bust line). 4. Sew front and back pieces sides together. 5. Hem the top. 6. Sew the neckline and add picot elastic to the neckline. 7. Finish with sewing a mini ribbon rose to the neckline. Note: 1.cut the picot elastic a few cm shorter than the length of the project. 2.
