@williamandrewrichardsonn: There of course are examples where that wont be the case (havent hit puberty yet or a female) but if not its LIKELY your training can be improved and your diet as well. If your training and nutrition are on point for a year i would be shocked if you werent benching 225 by the end of it. #bodybuilding #progression
