Did that! I lived in Ohio and loved toasty tanning beds in the winter then went to Florida and used baby oil because burns turn into tans! 😂 Paying for it now

I just have to say i think you look really great. i’m 24 and did the tanning beds A LOT for about 1.5 years… trying to do my best now to wear SPF.

Preach!! I’m so happy I didn’t go to the tanning beds w my sister when I was younger. I wear SPF daily & hoping to avoid sun damage as a 24 year old 🙌

20 years older when beds where the worst we would go to 2 different locations a day. Thank goodness I learned freshman HS not to do this and sunscreen was your friend

I’ve had “sun spots” since I was 13, and I didn’t live anywhere warm or by the ocean never tanned, have tanner skin so 🤷🏻♀️I think it’s part genetic and totally normal

mmmm. 43 here.. i still hit up a bed when i am feeling blue. but that SPF gets slathered on the face 🤷🏼♀️

Also mid thirties and Ive been really diligent with spf for about 5 years now but all my sub damage is starting to surface now. It’s so disheartening because I have great habits now but didn’t when I was younger.

Mine is worse and I never did tanning. I hated tanning. I used to get teased for my complexion. I also use sunscreen now.
