@ajauntwithjoy: Don’t miss Blue Mesa trail! Petrified Forest National Park is one of the most pet friendly and driveable national parks in the US. It’s known for having Triassic fossils, petrified wood, and petroglyphs. This park was easily our favorite cross country road trip stop since it’s right along i40 so we could stretch our legs with beautiful views of the Painted Desert while on our long journey.
