Have you actually worked out how much its costs per cake in ingredients/sundries/insurance etc? And how many hours work there is. How much per hour are you paying yourself?

Definitely increase those prices just a 6” round starts at £75 for me! Also be very very careful with fresh flowers! Lots are toxic especially gyp
