My company offers Paw-ternity leave- I just used mine when I adopted a kitten! We also get pet bereavement.

true.. THis really should be a thing I totally agree. My work wouldn't let me go home. I had to send my cat to the rainbow bridge on my lunch break and had to keep him in the car the rest of the day.

I had a FOSTER that was very close to dying. Had to be on an IV with constant supervision. I called my manager and she gave me the night off. My little dude ended up making it 🖤
