My daughter and I were able to fix things after she went NC for 2 years. We went to therapy on our own anr eventually together. It can happen.

Kids didn’t ask for what we dealt them! We have to fix ourselves so we do not continue the pattern!! I carry the kids pain with me! They have a right to be upset with me!

I was 45 when I went no contact with my father it was emotional but I had to I miss the dad he once was but no longer is drugs changed him bad
