Why would uncle have her phone battery? To make sure her phone could not be traced that’s why. Why would he have her gun? It’s evidence she needed it more than he did. And I do not believe it’s impossible not to shoot yourself in the back of the head. I really believe it could be done. They were near the ocean good place to dispose of someone. Young people text a lot and I mean a lot and she was probably bored on her ride and was just texting some of her friends until the Battery was taken out of her phone. I’m more to believe it was the uncle and I know Love is blind. People can be in denial but it all seems to point to the uncle for me.
