sometimes the sugar content of gelatine-set items can impact the texture! with just strawberries and not a lot of water, the gelatine might not be able to set completely

you have to warm the mixture, and then ad the gelatin. And maybe it should be a little bit more fluid. So maybe ad a little bit water.

Gelatin only works as a liquid you should strain it into a liquid before freezing it for gummies

Gelatin needs to be soaked in water first then heated gently to dissolve it. After that it should work way better!

You gotta mix the gelatin with warm/hot water first. Let it cool to room temp. Then you can mix it with the strawberry milk blend
