If he has a warrant why not just tell him. Its so easy to say I ran your plates and seen that you have a active warrant. That would explain why he got pulled over and the reason he is getting arrested. Done! cops have a issue with telling ppl what the hell they did wrong but make demands and expect you to abide by what they say.
