Even on a less severe scale, my best friend and I have both had to change our commonly prescribed medications for things like depression anxiety and adhd over the last few years due to issues with becoming overheated. I’ve also had several bad ocd flare ups each summer and learned that heat can induce panic attacks and worsen ocd because of the similarities in how the body responds to heat and anxiety.

I haven’t been able to regulate my temperature very well at all since I started a medication earlier this year, I noticed I sweat less but I’m more stinky and I just looked it up it’s anticholinergic
