Our company just reduced our PTO from “unlimited” but recommended 20 days, down to “flexible” but really 15 days. Not accrued. And no rollover.

My other half is from the uk, we have friends in other countries..we do work more. They have more PTO, aren’t worried about health insurance, don’t worry about childcare-overall we’ve been duped.

I’ve been noticing hours creep lately too. Like with the commute gone, employers are expecting us to work from 8-6 rather than 9-5. It’s wild.
