The inflammation was awful. My cheeks were so puffy. And it can be triggered by illness or a medication. I lost 50 lbs when I figured it out…

I don't think it's gluten I actually think it's the pesticides they use in North America... my mom's can't handle baked goods anywhere unless we are in Italy and Portugal
