Ebisu Yoroniku is known for their precise cooking technique to help bring out the the flavors of wagyu while incorporating luxury ingredients like truffle and caviar. Reservations can be booked through Omakase, TableCheck, or Pocket Concierge. We booked ours through Omakase which is the only site where you can book their Special Course menu. However, there’s cheaper courses available on TableCheck and Pocket Concierge ranging from ¥9900 - ¥22,000 ($67 - $149 USD). Omakase Special Course - ¥22,000 ~ $149 USD Staff will take care of the grilling for you Appetizers - Assorted kimchis & Namuls Cold beef dish - Filet mignon, Beef tartare, 3rd stomach Salad - Salad with salt dressing Salt based beef - 2 different cuts of Tongue: Bottom flap, 1st stomach Sauce based beef - Lean meat of the day - Tsuchinoko Soup - Japanese clear soup Small dish - Wagyu Caviar sushi Rare parts - Chateaubriand, Silky loin Special parts - Small intestine, Signature Chateaubriand Sandwich, Zabuton "sukiyaki" style with truffles Finisher - Awa somen noodles Dessert - Two types of Kakigori Reservations weren’t too difficult to get, however, it can be a bit challenging if you’re looking to book for just 2. Seating for 2 is more limited so we recommend booking right when they open up the reservations. If you have a party of 3 or more, it should be pretty easy.
