Sometimes it takes a couple of washes or a really good deep condition for the curls to revert back.

As someone who went thru the same thing it is completely possible for ur hair to revert back but it’s gonna take time and patience. My hairstylist was a saint to help me

curly hair goes into shock sometimes once it’s cut or straightened. it’ll take a couple washes and maybe some deep conditioner but the curls will always come back.

Girl I get it! I have the same curl pattern. I always just cut off any damage when it happens. It’s really no sure way to reverse the damage even with protein treatments. Hair grows back anyways.
