International organizations have offered expertise in humane population control strategies like capture–neuter–vaccinate–return (CNVR), proven effective elsewhere. Turkey is at a crossroads. Its authorities choose a sweeping, opaque approach. But countless grassroots advocates stand firm … advocating transparency, genuine care and public accountability. To everyone standing in clinics, protest lines and community networks … your work matters. The animals you support still deserve their chance.
