@thegeekygastro: Episode 2: Croissants (the easy way😅) On this episode of "I'll Just Make It Myself" are some of the crispiest ready-to-bake croissants you can make at home! Some of you may already know I was a nightbaker at a pretty huge chain and one of the main items we carried were croissants. If you want to know how they made this, here you go! These are a weekly must! 😙🤌🏽 Ignore box directions. 😅 Lay croissants down with the tip placed underneath the croissant. Cover with a lightly oiled parchment to thaw. Proof in a warm spot until doubled is size, approx 1.5-2 hours. Do not overproof! Whip up an egg and brush onto croissants for a darker crisper crust Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until a darker golden brown.
